The Practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Angela Garvey Hammond (F) Communications Director
The Communications Director leads on patient engagement and faciliating all communications with patients, staff and NHS providers ensuring all voices are heard.
Rosha Farahi (F) - Rosha will be at the surgery every Tuesday and Thursday working with patients.
Amparo Belda (F) - Practice Nurse
Our Practice nurse is a qualified and registered nurse. Amparo Belda can help with a range of health issues from family planning, cervical smear tests, blood pressure checks, dressings, removal of sutures, healthy eating advice, child immunisation and travel vaccinations.
Nurse Belda will be running clinics for long term conditions like asthma and diabetes, as well as minor ailment clinics.
You can book an appointment with the practice nurse up to two weeks in advance. Nurse Belda will be at the Good Practice every Tuesday; seeing patients in the morning and afternoon.

Healthcare Assistants support the GPs with their daily work and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood for blood tests), health checks, blood pressure measurement and INR monitoring.

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with patient registrations and records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
